Thanks Lily. It’s great to be able to self-heal if you are clear and self-reliant. I think that there are times when some guidance is necessary as well. Finding a competent and trusting mentor/support person can entail a lot of trial and error. However, if you do trust that person, then it can certainly help with sharing the problem.
