Hi
“Do Natural Herbal Cures and Remedies Really Work”?
This resource puts forward the notion that natural herbs and remedies can be used to treat illness and disease, as opposed to using drugs and pills prescribed by doctors. The author suggests that until ‘now’, the public has been deceived by highly organized and extremely well financed advertising from the media. This advertising has apparently passed off ‘fake claims’ and we have been inculcated to believe that the only way to treat any symptoms of illness or disease, is to purchase off-the-counter drugs. The author claims that this is not true.
The author states that many off-the-counter drugs are made from natural extractions from plants, but synthetic materials are combined in the mix, which causes side effects.
The author states that based on scientific research evidence, it is clear that the safest and most effective treatment for various diseases are right in our households. That is, using a mixture of natural fruits, vegetables and herbs, with the right combination, one can create a ‘cure’ in the privacy of their home.
The research in this book focuses on common illness and treatments used by Chinese, Europeans, Indians and Asian cultures dating back for centuries. Here are some of the concepts in the book:
Learn the natural health concepts: Hydrotherapy, Herbalism, Eclectic Medicine and Natural Hygiene
Learn which natural herbs have a combined medicinal and culinary purpose you can use to enhance your health and lifestyle.
How you can use sugar and fat to your advantage, instead of cutting them out of your diet.
Learn the danger’s of pharmaceutical drugs and how you can avoid the bad drugs and pills.
Discover the precise nature and and structure of a chemical in an herb. And how they react to your body and internal organs
Learn how the chinese combine their natural medicinal herbs.
I’ve long been interested in ‘natural health medicine and alternate therapy. When I was in my early 20′s, I started researching herbs and vitamins and experimented with various concoctions. That was nearly 30 years ago and I’m still taking various herbs and vitamin substitutes.
My health continues to be good and I rarely get sick. I have not been in a position where I have an illness or disease that cannot be cured by conventional methods. However I have witnessed many people, desperate to find a cure for their illness, researching and exploring alternate health methods – eg, meditation, positive thinking, natural products, vitamins and herbs, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Acupuncture etc. There have been reported successes, as well as failures.
It strikes me then, that there is wisdom in researching alternate forms of illness or disease treatment. The old saying that ‘an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure’ also rings true. Learning about an illness or disease and possible treatments doesn’t mean totally relying on a doctor for the complete answer or solution.
If something is not working, then it would be wise to seek alternate treatments in the search for a cure. This does not mean ‘throwing the baby out with the bathwater’ and totally turning your back on traditional medicine. Ideally, there should be a partnership between traditional and alternate medicine and where possible, alternate treatments are carefully investigated and perhaps trialed under medical supervision.
“Natural Herbal Cures and Remedies” could be a useful resource in your search for a healthier lifestyle and possible source of ideas for treatment of a range of common illnesses.

the good thing about herbal remedies is that they do not have side effects.~;`
Thanks Landon. I’m not so sure about that however. I believe that any chemical – artificial or naturally occurring – can have deleterious contraindications. Doctors or naturopaths for example, can monitor the use and possible harmful effects in the event someone is unsure about their effects. Small amounts and going slow with any new chemical introduced to your body, is probably a wise approach. I would hope that naturally occurring chemical such as herbs for example, can provide a safe alternative to synthetic drugs and ultimately assist in healing our ailments.

Thank you very much for the post and for creating a nice site. I have been looking for good information on natural health and may put these recommendations to practice. I have found it hard to locate honest information, as there are many web sites with junk articles. Definitely keep the good information coming!
herbal remedies are the best! i have some sprains and some indigestion and herbal remedies cured it~:”
The trouble utilizing Plr reports is that buyers tend not to apply it effectively. They really should either use it for getting suggestions for themes to write about or perhaps totally re-write it or spin and rewrite it and then put his or her own brand into it.
i used to do herbal remedies when having some muscle pains and they are really quite effective `”.
