Has Aerobics become boring for you too?
Okay, I’ll be honest here. I’m not into doing exercises where I’m going to nod off while I put my body through a mechanical process, in order to get fit. I want it to be interesting too. I want to stay in touch with what’s going on in my body, not listen to music while my body does its 50 deep knee bends.
So it has to stay fresh and to do this, I need new ideas or ways of achieving the same thing…ie, ultimately fitness and more energy (oh…and hopefully a great bod!)
