5. Always plan ahead. Much time is wasted by not planning ahead. Proper time management includes planning ahead, expecting the unexpected and learning to be flexible.
6. Segment your day and activities. Split parts of the day and tasks into segments for greater efficiency. When you try too much in one big swoosh, it can be overwhelming.
7. Remember relax time. Everyone needs to rest. No matter how busy you are, you need to work in time to rest and relax. This allows your body and mind time to regenerate so you’re ready for the next day’s activities. This is truly important for proper time management.

These seven secrets to proper time management will help you stay on schedule with whatever you do in your days. Your work life, home life and personal free time can stay right on schedule so you have more time to do what you need and want to do.

You may think I am pulling your leg, but the fact is that after you are done reading this blog and put to action what I state here, your traffic ticker will explode. And the best part is the way to do it is by using a system I helped create. That’s right. The secret is to using this system.

You may then ask what system I am talking about. I am talking about a powerful and effective technique that is built around a five-step process. It is a system that when set up, will pump traffic to your website so fast that it will make your head spin. All you will need to do is perform all the actions required, and take a look at your hit counter. Then go do something fun for 15 minutes. Then come back and take another look at your hit counter. You will faint when you see how many hits you got within just 15 minutes.

Hi. Anyone Who Seriously Hates Writing Or Cannot Afford Expensive Ghostwriting Fees should consider Niche Products that have unrestricted Private Label Rights.

After buying a range of niche products over the last 15 months, I’ve discovered, often too late, that many eBooks, software etc, have unclear rights explained during the purchase process. It certainly pays to check it out thoroughly before parting with your hard-earned cash…or yet-to-be-earned credit. Whilst there are guidelines, each owner of the product will sometimes have specific limitations attached to their product’s license.

Personal Label Rights usually mean just that…for your own use and that’s it. I’ve sometimes made the mistake of seeing the PLR for some products thinking it to be ‘private’ only to find out later that they meant ‘personal’.

Resell Rights generally mean that you can just resell the product to customers. You’re usually restricted from altering anything associated with the product, including the eBook, sales page – if you have one – images etc. You ‘may’ be permitted to put your name on the sales page. You are usually not permitted to pass on resell rights to your customers. So if you have customers looking to resell their own products, then unless they’re interested in the specific knowledge of say the eBook, then they probably won’t be interested.

If you are trying to sell an eBook by itself, then make sure that the eBook is a quality read and edited professionally. Many eBooks I’ve bought leave a lot to be desired regarding their editing, presentation, links and research.

Master Resell Rights generally gives you the opportunity to pass on Resell Rights to your customers and sometimes add your name as the author, claim copyright etc. But usually, I found it more of an exception at this level, to be able to alter the product too much.

Private Label Rights usually has a lot more scope for ownership than the aforementioned. Again it varies from author to author, but it usually means that you can pass on Master Resell Rights, Resell Rights, claim authorship, alter sales pages, headers, images etc and even place links in the eBook itself. More often than not, you can sometimes offer Private Label Rights as well. Having said that, there can be restrictions even at this level. Sometimes you cannot ‘give away’ the book, if you want to build your list – although some authors allow you too give it away to paid memberships. Sometimes a price is recommended by some authors – or a price range, whilst others either don’t care, or they’ll state a specific price.

To get ‘unrestricted’ rights, you must be sure it states such when you’re are looking at PLR products. Usually, when you see this, you can be assured that you can do pretty much what you want with the products. Unrestricted rights are normally associated with PLR products, but even then, it pays to check just how much freedom you have with the term ‘unrestricted’ PLR.

This is a fairly generalist overview of these individual licensing differences and as suggested, make sure you check it out thoroughly before buying. If no refund is offered and you buy something that you thought meant something else, then good luck getting your money back.

I’ve long been interested in ‘natural health medicine and alternate therapy. When I was in my early 20′s, I started researching herbs and vitamins and experimented with various concoctions. That was nearly 30 years ago and I’m still taking various herbs and vitamin substitutes.

My health continues to be good and I rarely get sick. I have not been in a position where I have an illness or disease that cannot be cured by conventional methods. Memory is important in our lives. It will not only tell us who we are and remind us of the things that have happened in our lives, it will also give us the knowledge that we need to survive. We use memory when we learn new lessons in school or when we are studying for an exam. We also need an excellent memory when socializing. People who can remember names and people appear to be warmer and are better conversationalists than people who are forgetful. Thus it is important that you start bettering your memory.

Below are some tips on how to improve your memory. Some you can do to improve your brain’s function while the others are preventive measures that will help you have great memory skills even after old age.

1. Change your lifestyle
As far-fetched as it seems, what you do with your life can affect your memory. Thus, people who want to better their memory do not only try out memory techniques but also change their whole lifestyle. You can start by avoiding vices that will hurt your brain processes. This includes smoking and drinking beyond the one bottle a day limit for women and two bottles a day for men. This is of course for beers only.

Stress is another factor that can lessen your memory skills. Stress have been shown to not only weaken the body and the immune system but also to weaken the mental processes. Since stress cannot really be avoided, you need to make sure that you find ways to relax and curtail stress. You can do this by resting your head on weekends and having enough sleep everyday. 2. Change your diet
What you eat will determine who you are. This may be a cliché but it is true nonetheless. If you want to have a more powerful brain, you should make sure that you include in your diet what is often called the brain foods. These are foods that contain choline and proteins which help in the development of the brain. Examples of these brain foods are tuna, salmon and other fishes; soya, tofu, milk, peanuts and meat which are rich in proteins. Veggies and fruits also help by keeping the body strong and rich in supply of anti-oxidants. Young children in fact are encouraged to eat lots of these foods especially at that age when their brains are still developing.

3. Exercise your mind
One of the reasons why the brain slows down is because it is not used as often as it should be used. There are studies in fact that support this. People who answer crossword puzzles, play strategic games and work even when they are old are less likely to have Alzheimer’s. The use of the brain is actually a preventive measure for the onset of forgetfulness during old age.

4. Use memory techniques
Your brain also needs you help. It does not mean that if your brain is powerful, you will not make the job easy for it. If you want to better your memory, use memory techniques that will help you remember more. One example is the use of mnemonics, or key letters or words that will represent a whole lot of information. Another memory technique is the association, which allows you to associate an information or item with something that you can already see or what you already know.

What’s the stigma associated with tattoos? For centuries, perhaps for longer than we know, tattoos have belonged to those on the fringes of society. Tattooing became a little more mainstream because it moved people away from the norm in a time when the social structure was increasingly unpopular.

Are they the ones being rejected, or are they rejecting the restrictive, binding mold that many think everyone should fit in?

I have tattoos, which I had put on when I was quite young. I had always loved images and art and I also thought at the time that a ‘bad boy’ image would do wonders for my love life…not! I was afraid for many years of being judged for not ‘looking’ like an appropriate role model for children.

These days, tattoos among ‘professional’ staff are common practice…as long as they’re not ‘overdone’ and tasteful – yes I know that’s highly subjective. I have no problem with the current school I teach at. In fact, kids asks me all the time about them. I use it as an opportunity to talk about the permanency of them, the changes we go through which may alter our taste and what to do if we change our minds and/or girl/boy friends. Having said that, I still had to take the risk and wear short sleeve shirts first, rather than have people find out about them gradually…but I’m glad I finally did.

For instance, if a man suddenly screams to you “You look pathetic,” you may turn to him and respond, “Yes, since birth.” Look at how the rest of the audience would react. Such a reaction would surely bring the house down in laughter.

Lastly, to make people laugh, strive to be yourself. You may have a hard time assuming a different personality. You could not be anybody. But you could always capitalize in making yourself funny and interesting. Pay attention to this factor when you learn standup comedy.

Great news today, if you’re currently researching Autoresponders or are tired of costs associated with your current service. I’ve just discovered List Wire and it’s free!

You may remember that I posted about Autoresponder Unlimted as being a good alternative to the more expensive AR’s out there, Aweber and Get Response being good examples…and like most things it has limitations.

Autoresponder Unlimited has a one-time fee of just $19.95, and yes you can build your lists to an unlimited amount. However, it’s limitations include text-only followups, no broadcasting or trackers, and you can’t readily see your prospects. If you’re desperate to get traffic fast and are not afraid to spend a little doing so because you know that you’ve got an excellent product that people really want, then you may want to consider PPC.

PPC stands for Pay Per Click and is exactly as it implies. You write a small text ad, choose the keywords you want your ad to be display for, and then have it displayed on the search results of sites like Google, Yahoo, MSN and Bing.

These PPC networks allow you to track your campaign performance as well so when you generate a conversion – either a sale or a sign-up you’ll know exactly how much it cost you to acquire that action.

How is that useful?… Well if you have a product selling for $100 and it cost you $50 in clicks to generate that sale, you know that for every $50 you spend, you’ll receive $100 back. Nice deal isn’t it

Let me ask you a question, are you sick of all the old traffic generation strategies being bandied about by all the gurus out there while you are still trying to get traffic to your site?

I’d like to challenge that. No the money is NOT in the list. It’s in the QUALITY of the list.

Not only that, but the reseller plan will cap your bandwidth, so just when you get the go-ahead for a big JV partnership, you’ll find your site offline – and your account closed. And you don’t even want to think about what happens when more than two or three people are trying to watch your videos at the same time.

Much better to be prepared with a service that’s both inexpensive and powerful.

Making WordPress Work with Amazon S3

You can see that hosting videos on Amazon really is the best way to ensure your hosting bill remains reasonable and your site stays on line. But this option isn’t without its technical difficulties.

WordPress prefers self-hosted video – So much so that you’ll even find a handy upload link right in your post editing screen. What’s clearly lacking, unfortunately, is a way to easily embed video hosted outside your domain.
